Initial teacher training (ITT) and recruitment
Accredited school-led initial teacher training providers in Bradford train the next generation of teachers. SCITTs (school centred initial teacher training) deliver their own programmes and support their School Direct partnerships.
Some SCITTs from outside of Bradford operate within city, as do some School Direct partnerships linked to SCITTS and universities. The list of providers, below, is not an exhaustive list: these are the Bradford-based SCITTs and School Direct partnerships. Some providers offer early years, primary, secondary, and/or SEND training pathways.
Further information on ITT in Bradford is available via Bradford for Teaching.
