Monday 8th September 2025 – DfE registration opens at 10:00am

Wednesday 1st October 2025 - Applications will start to be reviewed from this date

Thursday 16th October 2025 – Application deadline

Thursday 23rd October 2025 - Deadline for accepting places on the Ambition portal

Monday 24th November 2025 - DfE registration closes

Week beginning Monday 10th November 2025 - NPQ Conferences commence

To register for an NPQ, please complete the following two steps:

1. Register with the DfE  open 10:00am on Monday 8th September 2025

2. Register with Exceed Teaching School Hub

Registration should be completed by you and not your school or setting. The information you provide to Exceed Teaching School Hub will be given to Ambition Institute, who will contact you to start your formal registration.

You will need your Teacher Reference Number, your TRN. If you do not have a TRN, you will need one before applying.  Please follow instructions at the bottom of the page here.
